Linings — finishing — cladding — glazing

From bare frame to flawless finish.

The last ten per cent

Structure gets a building standing. The finish is what people remember.

Prizm carries a build from first sheet to last sand — linings, insulation, finishing, cladding and glazing, one contractor throughout, handed over painter-ready and fully clad.

What we do

From structure to finish.

  1. 01

    Wall & ceiling linings

Plasterboard sheeting to walls and ceilings — our core trade for fifteen years. Straight, square and on programme, at any scale.

  2. 02

    Fire-rated systems

Fire-check linings installed strictly to specification — the protection you never see, done properly the first time.

  3. 03

    Wet-area linings

Water-resistant plasterboard for bathrooms and wet areas, detailed to keep moisture exactly where it belongs.

  4. 04

    Thermal & acoustic insulation

Insulation that makes a building quiet to live in and efficient to run — installed before the walls close, right where it counts.

  5. 05

    Plaster finishing — Level 4 & 5

Patching, setting and sanding to a Level 4 or Level 5 finish. Painter-ready, every wall, every time.

  6. 06

    Exterior cladding

Premium façade systems including timber — from aluminium substructure to the final board.

  7. 07

    Windows & glazing

Window supply and installation — sealed, square and coordinated with the rest of the build.

Windows & glazing

The opening. Then the outlook.

A tower is weather-tight the day the glass goes in. Prizm supplies and installs windows across South East Queensland — one less contractor to coordinate, one contact from frame to glazing.

Exterior cladding

The substructure. The finish.

First the aluminium sub-frame, set out to the millimetre on bare concrete. Then the timber goes on — and the building becomes architecture. Prizm delivers both halves of that story.

Level 4 / Level 5

Flat is a discipline.

Under raking light, every shortcut shows. That is where our standard lives — in the set, the sand, the check, done again until there is nothing left for the light to find.

Level 4 as standard. Level 5 where the light demands it. Walls and ceilings handed over painter-ready — because the next coat is only ever as good as the surface beneath it.

Where we work

Commercial and residential, across South East Queensland. If the project sits between these three, we are already driving past it.

The company

Thirty tradespeople. One standard.

Prizm is led by Walter, with a team of more than thirty tradespeople working across South East Queensland. Fifteen years on commercial towers and private homes alike — the same crews, the same finish.

Walter is also a director of Arete Joinery — a sister company in detailed timber work. It shows in how Prizm treats junctions, reveals and the last millimetre of every job.
